Wow what day Sunday 26th April was! The seventh World Nyckelharpa Day and the third one to include a WND Zoom Café! We spanned the globe from Japan (Tokyo Scandi session in YouTube and Australia (FB livestream) from first thing in the morning (3am UK time!) heading all the way over to the USA with the American Nyckelharpa Association and then back to Sweden for a closing concert by Josefina Paulson.
We had approximately 117 people visit the Zoom Café and had a peak of 84 in the Zoom during the ANA Zoom jam. It is such a joy to see so many people interacting from all round the world.
There are some things from the day that were recorded and are available publicly on YouTube/FaceBook. You’ll find everything (that I could find) listed on the YouTube Playlist on the website.

I want to thank Leif Alpsjö, Arvid Furmark, Sunniva Abelli, Esbjörn & Åsa Hogmark and the American Nyckelharpa Association (Anders Matsson, Ruth Morris, Amy Hakanson, Kirsty Money and the Twin Cities Nyckelharpa Lag) and Josefina Paulson. I couldn’t do this without people doing things!

Finally – thank you to everyone that came along in the Zoom, to everyone that posted, filmed, photographed and tagged.

Thank you so much for being part of this great day!
